Akshay Kumar surely has a busy year ahead. While his first release this year would be Sajid Khan’s Housefull 2, Akki has a slate of films lined up for release including Joker and Rowdy Rathore.
Besides these, Akshay has also begun shooting for Neeraj Pandey’s Special Chabees and will soon start shooting for Oh My God, Khiladi 786 and Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 (OUATIM 2).
In spite of so many films, Akshay has given his nod to be a part of South director A.Murugadoss’ next film. The film in question is a remake of Murugadoss’ Tamil film Thupaki which is currently in production. Akshay would be playing the role essayed by Vijay in the Tamil film.
This would be Murugadoss’ second Hindi film after the blockbuster Ghajini.
