International Film Festival of India (IFFI), which was founded in 1952, was back for the 48th year in Goa. The opening ceremony of IFFI ceremony took place in Goa on November 21 with Ishaan Khatter’s Beyond The Clouds premiere.

Last night, it was the closing ceremony of the festival where a lot of celebrities were in attendance. Salman Khan to Katrina Kaif, Amitabh Bachchan to Akshay Kumar, many actors graced the closing ceremony in style.

Salman Khan chose to skip the red carpet due to the bad throat but made it to the main event. Despite having a bad throat, Salman Khan for a few minutes entertained the audience while having a conversation with his little co-star from Tubelight, Matin Rey Tangu. During the conversation, while Salman was trying to have a funny conversation with the kid, he took a jibe at Salman by saying, “Abhi overacting mat karo!”

On the work front, Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of Tiger Zinda Hai with Katrina Kaif. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is set to release on December 22, 2017.
