Time and again, Deepika Padukone left everyone in awe of her stunning beauty and absolutely amazing style statement. This year, she teamed up with several designers from India and abroad bringing new fashion in the limelight. But, one thing that has not changed is her collaboration with ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The actress continues to turn a muse for the designer and the end result is always gorgeous.
Now, in the latest shoot for Elle India magazine for Elle Style Awards 2017, Deepika Padukone has left everyone stunned in a Sabyasachi Mukherjee multi-embroidered bodycon dress. She has teamed up the look with heavy statement necklace which also from Sabyasachi. The necklace is made from uncut diamonds strung with a profusion of baroque pearls, old corals, emeralds, tourmalines and nishapuri turquoise.
The dramatic winged liner adds oomph to the look with slick center-parted hair, nude makeup and handbag and shoes from Sabyasachi x Christian Louboutin collaboration. Sharing the look, Elle India shared Deepika’s quite from the publication which read, “I remember telling myself as a young model that the day I can afford it, the first thing I’m going to buy is a Sabyasachi sari. So, when I made enough money and could afford it, I bought myself one.”
In another shot, Deepika Padukone looks simply gorgeous in plunging neckline bodycon light blue crepe, wool and silk dress from Gucci with metal rings.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone is starring in Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s Padmavati alongside Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. The film is currently embroiled in controversies and has been postponed. The new release is yet to be announced.
