It is known that Anil Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are all set to reunite in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s production, Fanne Khan. The two stars, who had previously shared screen space in Satish Kaushik’s 2000 directorial, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai and Subhash Ghai’s 1999 musical, Taal, had begun shooting for their film in Mumbai.
Now, it has been learned that the team of Fanne Khan, recently, celebrated the wrap of the film at a five-star property in the suburbs. The soiree was attended by KriArj Entertainment producers Prernaa Arora and Arjun N Kapoor, Fanne Khan stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, director Atul Manjrekar, Divya Dutta, producer Virendra Arora, filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Bhushan Kumar & wife Divya Kumar among others.
The others who attended the party included Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput, Bhumi Pednekar, Huma Qureshi, Athiya Shetty, Aditi Rao Hydari, Nidhhi Agerwal, Yami Gautam, Pooja Hegde, Vaani Kapoor, Diana Penty, Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover. Also present were filmmakers Abhishek Kapoor, Raj Santoshi, Siddharth Malhotra, Raj & DK, Anees Bazmee, Ashutosh Gowariker and Milap Zaveri among others.
Fanne Khan is an official adaptation of the Dutch film Everybody’s Famous! and is produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and Prernaa Arora. The film, directed by Atul Manjrekar, also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as a diva singer with Rajkummar Rao playing her love interest. Divya Dutta will play the role of Anil Kapoor’s wife. The film is scheduled to release on June 15, 2018.
