Katrina Kaif is back in the game with Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai ruling the box office in India and overseas. She had a pretty dismal time after a string of flops (Fitoor, Baar Baar Dekho and Jagga Jasoos) but now, the year has started with a bang for her as she has interesting line up projects with all the biggies in the industry. She currently is prepping for the Aamir Khan-Amitabh Bachchan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan. Being all over-zealous, she shared a couple of her rehearsal videos causing us to guess key character details of her role in the movie.
We know that she is among the most followed celebrities on social media and therefore, her fans lap up anything that the actor posts. And she has been updating them with the happenings in her professional life quite religiously. In the rehearsals videos for Thugs, she trains to dance which has warrior-like moves. For those who don’t know, Thugs Of Hindostan is produced by YRF and stars Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles. It is a period drama based on the Indian freedom struggle. Lagaan feels, guys? Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the flick is loosely based Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel: Confessions of a Thug. It revolves around the life of a thug and his gang who challenge the British Empire in the country. We will see Aamir and Amitabh share the screen for the first time. This is a reason enough to watch the movie, isn’t it?
Apart from Thugs of Hindostan, Katrian Kaif will also be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero which also stars Anushka Sharma.
