The inseparable Kapoor sisters, Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, came together for the 17th edition of the India Today Conclave on March 10. The sisters talked about everything from films, family and feminism. One of the most distinguished personalities who joined the second day of the conclave was the former US Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Karisma Kapoor took to her Instagram to share a photograph with Hillary Clinton and Kareena Kapoor Khan on Saturday evening. Before Hillary Clinton will take the stage tonight, Karisma and Kareena got an opportunity to meet the politician. “With the dynamic @officialhilaryclinton #womanpower#indiatodayconclave2018,” Karisma wrote alongside the picture.
Earlier, Kareena Kapoor Khan said in an official statement, “It’s an honour to return to India Today Conclave and I am very excited as I will be sharing the stage with one of my inspirations, my sister Karisma Kapoor. The Conclave is one of the best platforms for great minds to come together to share great experiences, ideas, and way forward. We will talk about our family and its contribution to the Indian entertainment business, about films and feminism.”
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen in Shashanka Ghosh’s directorial, Veere Di Wedding. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania. It is slated to release on June 1, 2018.
