This week saw Huma Qureshi go breezy in a maxi dress, Sunny Leone team quirky separates and up the look with some cool accessories, Yami Gautam get into the summer party mood with a playsuit, Kalki Koechlin pulled off the fabric of the season – velvet with understated aplomb. But the ladies who stole the show were Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra. While Alia went down the eternal stripe lane, Priyanka enamoured us with her fancy footwear game.

Out and about at a suburban eatery, Huma was snapped wearing a printed maxi from SR Store, Minimal makeup, sleek hair, gold-toned earrings, orange ankle-strap sandals and a black tote topped off her breezy summery look. The geometric printed split maxi dress is priced quite decently at INR 2,154. Styled by Hitendra Kapopara, Sunny teamed her quirky separates of a Parul J Maurya floral crop top with olive khadi drawstring pants from Anjali Jani. Accessorizing her look with a clutch from Ash Amaira and a statement ring from The Little Bauble Box, Sunny topped off her look with minimal makeup, sleek hair and nude stilettoes. While the crop top is priced at INR 6000, the pants are priced at INR 4,750 and the 18k gold plated ring with Swarovski crystals is priced at INBR 1,850.
Weekly Celebrity Splurges – Kalki Koechlin
Styled by Pranay Jaitly and Shounak Amonkar, Kalki flaunted a velvet cocktail slit dress from Lola by Suman B. Delicate earrings and a sling bag with metallic peep-toes topped off her look. Velvets are back in vogue and this season’s much-loved fabric. The dress is priced at INR 14,000. With her hand in a sling, Alia looked effortless chic as usual. This luxurious merino wool jumper, priced at INR 19,788 has a loose-fit silhouette, with relaxed shoulders and straight sleeves for a feminine every-day style is trans-seasonal and apt for the summers, especially for those arduous long flights!
