Some time back it was a Goa-based anti tobacco organization that served a legal notice to actor and KKR team owner Shah Rukh Khan for smoking in public at a summit and at a cricket tournament in Mumbai. Well this year, yet another complaint was filed in a court in Jaipur on Monday against SRK for publicly smoking at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium during a cricket match on Sunday.

Bollywood Hungama has learnt that the complaint lodged by lawyer Nem Singh Rathore on behalf of Jaipur Cricket Academy director Anand Singh Rathore was submitted in the court of the additional chief judicial magistrate, which has since fixed the date of April 12 for hearing in the matter. Apparently, smoking public is banned in Rajasthan since 2000. However, Shah Rukh Khan was smoking publicly in front of thousands of spectators.

Further, the complainant added that while other viewers in the stadium were frisked and their cigarette packets were confiscated, the actor was allowed entry, which is negligence on part of the police also.
