Kareena shoots for Rowdy Rathore

It’s common to see big A-list actors doing cameos in films that are being directed or produced by friends, and well Kareena Kapoor is no exception. The actress recently shot a cameo part for the upcoming Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha starrer Rowdy Rathore.

Kareena shot for a song and scene as a friendly gesture for producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali and co-producer Shabina Khan. In the film, Kareena is featured as a glamorous character; however the details are being kept tightly under wraps.

Shabina and Kareena have been close friends for years, so when the designer-turned-producer approached her for this, Bebo agreed immediately. The scene and song were shot in Film City last week, but the startling revelation is that Kareena who is one of the highest paid actresses today, did the cameo for free.
