Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was in news earlier this week and the credit goes to Cannes Film Festival. Like every year, this year too, the L’Oreal ambassador walked the red carpet at the French Riviera wherein she spoke about women in cinema at the show Worth It. Amidst all of it, the actress also spoke about her career choices that she has made by far.

Recent reports suggest that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has described that her career choices was described as school-girlish by her. The actress believes a fierce and aggressive approach is always better in terms of taking one’s career ahead. She has been quite laid back in a way when she has walked out of big films because she likes to stick to a particular schedule.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stated that she has always been comfortable adhering to schedules and in the process has missed out on a few films. She added that if she was fierce and aggressive in wanting to do films and roles, the schedules would have fallen in place simultaneously. It is something that she has learnt from her colleagues.

Further, Aishwarya elaborated on how much she enjoyed playing a mother to Aaradhya. When people constantly ask her the reason why she doesn’t do much of films, according to reports, the actress’ reply was that she has been a little easy on her time planning. In all parental responsibilities, the actress believes that she would often prefer extending a vacation or holiday plan even when good films came her way.

But the actress ended this interaction in reports concluding that she would indeed change this habit.

On the film front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will next be seen in Fanne Khan alongside Anil Kapoor and others. The actress has also been approached by Shree Narayan Singh of Toilet – Ek Prem Katha fame for a film titled Jasmine. The actress spoke about this tentative project too mentioning further that she has asked Narayan Singh to make changes in the script. She is currently waiting for the final draft for the film.
