Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor is that actor of the Hindi cinema trade who we do not see struggling hard to be in numbers’ list rather he steadily goes on and on in the entertainment industry. His strategy seems perfect and has been working superb for him. He is offered good projects of films, he is offered good brand endorsements and above all he enjoys good link ups with the ravishing babes of the industry. All in all, Shahid is going on fabulously in his career.
Since quite some time, there seems silence at Shahid’s end – silence in a sense of movies as there has not been any movie in recent past. And even we found him saying that he was jobless and needed work in some of his interviews. Well, this was not that he did not have any project in hand rather it was that he was enjoying vacations from the shootings. He had projects which have started opening now. His movie with ex-flame Priyanka Chopra ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ directed by Kunal Kohli is making bigger waves these days.
He has reportedly also signed a film with director Bejoy Nambiar. Bejoy is enjoying the mammoth success of Shaitaan and post this film, he has also been working on second directorial venture ‘David’. He is not over with David yet nonetheless he has started making planning of his third movie with Shahid Kapoor. When asked him about this movie, he responds that he cannot tell anything about this movie as he has just signed Shahid and there is nothing ready yet.
Bejoy says that his current focus is only David and he is trying to make it a powerful project for the audiences. The film stars Neil Nitin Mukesh, Tabu, Vikarm, Vinay Virmani, Monica and Isha Sharvani. Shahid too makes it confirmed that he is going to do a movie with Bejoy Nambiar.
