NTR Biopic Vidya Balan shares her first look as NTR’s wife Basavatarakam

It is a known fact that NTR biopic has been creating curiosity ever since its inception. The film has been a talking point not just for its casting but also for bringing forth the life story of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N T Rama Rao. While the protagonist’s role is essayed by NTR’s son Balakrishna, the role of his wife Basavatarakam is played by Vidya Balan. The actress is currently in Hyderabad shooting for the film and she recently shared a look of her character on social media.

Vidya Balan, who loves to sport sarees, will be seen sporting the same for a major portion of the film as she plays the quintessential wife of NTR, the actor-politician. Sporting sarees and gajra, the actress looks perfect as Basavatarakam. Vidya was seen sharing the same on her Instagram page as her latest story. The actress seems to have got it clicked from her vanity van.

Not just that, the actress has also posted a fun video along with her entire team for NTR. The fun post on Instagram will definitely leave you in splits:

Coming to NTR Biopic, it is directed by Radha Krishna Jagalarmudi aka Krish in two parts. While one is titled NTR Kathanayakudu, the other part is titled NTR Mahanayakudu. Both the films are expected to release in January and is said to feature the journey of NTR as an actor and politician. They are said to release on January 9 and January 24 respectively.

On the other hand, NTR Biopic features Rakul Preet Singh as Sridevi who recently shot for the film. It also has Rana Daggubati playing the role of Chandrababu Naidu and the actor too has started shooting for the film. NTR Mahanayakudu is expected to clash with another film of Krish, namely, Manikarnika – The Queen of Jhansi that also features Kangana Ranaut.
