Hrithik Roshan had taken to social media to speak about the health of his father Rakesh Roshan after he was detected with cancer and was about to go in for a surgery. Soon, the superstar assured all fans that his father was in the recovering stage. Now that all is well in the Roshan family, the daughter of Rakesh Roshan, Sunaina Roshan decided to speak about the details of the surgery.
Sunaina Roshan asserted in media reports that her father Rakesh Roshan is a strong man and when he came to know about the news, he didn’t get scared or nervous. She stated that the news didn’t bother him much and soon he was all set for the surgery. The surgery took place in H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and was done by Dr. Vijay Haribhakti, she revealed.
She further went to reassure all the fans that her father was doing well post the surgery and he is successfully recuperating from the same. Also, she added that considering that it was a cancer surgery, Rakesh Roshan has to take some important cautions when it comes to his diet and has to follow a particular nutritious lifestyle. On the other hand, she also maintained that her father, who was an occasional smoker, has given up the habit completely after the surgery.
For the uninitiated, Hrithik Roshan had taken to Twitter last month to reveal to his fans that his father Rakesh Roshan was detected with throat cancer on the day he was about to go in for a surgery. He had also posted a picture with his ‘papa’ from a gym session. The filmmaker – veteran actor was discharged from the hospital in two days, on the day of Hrithik Roshan’s birthday and since then has been on the recovery stage.
