Mumbai: The reports display that a dinner is being organized in honor of Saif Ali Khan’s late father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi at Lord’s ground in London and as per reports, Kareena Kapoor will accompany her boyfriend Saif and his family to the dinner.

Saif Ali Khan, mother Sharmila Tagore, sisters Soha Ali Khan, Sabah Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor will go to attend the special sit-down dinner in London which will be held to honor the cricketing legend Nawab Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan’s late father who passed away last year due to lung infection.

Further reports suggest that the dinner will be organized at the prestigious Lord’s cricket ground by MCC (Marylebone Cricket Club). This fiesta would be hosted at the popular Long Room of the club on September 22nd (the day when Mansoor Ali Khan died last year). The relationship between Nawab Pataudis and MCC dates back to the time when the senior Nawab Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi led Indian team at the Lord’s ground way back in 1932-33 series in a test match.

These days Saif Ali Khan is quite busy with the post production works of his upcoming movie ‘Cocktail’ which songs have started airing on the channels endowing the viewers with pleasures. The film apparently seems to be a big entertainer but it will be known once the movie hits the screens.

Saif would specially take time out of this dinner since it is in honor of his late father and will go to attend it with girlfriend Kareena (who is a part of his family now), mother and sisters. We remember the days when Amrita Singh was Saif’s wife and the entire family used to go together to attend the events, cricket matches (in India and even abroad) and get-togethers. Well, those were the days which are now past – present is ‘Kareena Kapoor’.
