It may be recalled that a while ago actor Ranbir Kapoor was issued a summon by a local court in Udaipur for smoking in public during the shoot of his film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
At the hearing which was held yesterday, Ranbir was not physically present, but was represented by his lawyer K.K.Purohit who pleaded guilty to the charges levied on his client. Purohit said that it was a mistake committed unknowingly by his client and assured that such an act wouldn't be repeated again. Purohit also sought exemption for Kapoor's absence at the hearing.
