The celebrities follow a very strict lifestyle when it comes to their health. While they do have cheat days, they always make sure to stay in shape and healthy by bringing new workout routines in their lifestyle. The actresses often opt for rigorous gym routines, pilates, aerial yoga etc. Kareena Kapoor Khan has had a tremendous transformation since she gave birth to her son Taimur Ali Khan.

Now, Kareena Kapoor Khan is giving us major workout motivation with her recent routine. She was seen hitting the gym whilst holidaying in London.  A member from Kareena's team shared a video of her lifting weights and doing squats and wrote, "#KareenaKapoorKhan… Not giving up even on Holiday." In another set of photos, Kareena was seen doing yoga with perfection. All in all, the actress is not letting her vacation come in the way of staying in shape.

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be next seen in Good News with Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh. Her next big project will be Takht with Karan Johar and ensemble cast starring Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar. She is also starring in Angrezi Medium alongside Irrfan Khan.
