Aamir Khan's much talked about TV show 'Satyamev Jayate' may have come to an end but the actor is still involved with the various issues he addressed during the course of the show.
Recently Aamir wrote a letter to Bihar C.M. Nitish Kumar asking him to make generic medicines widely available in the state of Bihar. Aamir stressed that the availability of generic medicines would make a huge difference to the middle class, lower class and poor people.
While the policy is yet to be implemented in Bihar, Health Minister Ashwani Kumar Choubey said that various Govt. hospitals and health care centers have already starting providing generic medicines.
