Mumbai: Deepika Padukone, the stunning lass of Bollywood, has shown her interest in working with the leading filmmaker of B-Town Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Sanjay is on way to rope in his leading lady for the upcoming film ‘Ram Leela’. The film is now on way to walk on the lines of Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. As we all know that how the leading lady was finally selected for Heroine. Initially it was Aishwarya Rai but when she got pregnant, Madhur had to drop her and fetched Kareena Kapoor in her shoes. Likewise in Sanjay’s Ram Leela, initially Kareena Kapoor was the choice and signed in the project but when Kareena’s marriage date was announced, Bhansali had no option to drop her from the venture.
And interestingly both films are from the authenticated filmmakers of Hindi cinema whose movies work big time on screen and among the cinegoers. And heroines really would love to work in their movies since they project them with class.
After Kareena Kapoor was dropped from Ram Leela, there are some names being rumored in the media like Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. But Sanjay has not finalized any name yet. He is searching for the suitable actress as he wants fresh pairing. The leading hero is a newcomer in the industry – Ranveer Singh but he has made his status in the industry with his acting. Opposite him, Bhansali wants a heroine who has good stardom.
Sources say that Deepika Padukone’s name is being echoed and she might be roped in. Deepika says that if she is chosen for the film, it would be her luck as she really wants to work with Bhansali since he makes his heroines special. Deepika these days is enjoying her success from Cocktail. Wish you best luck Dippy and we too want you to be roped in Bhansali’s Ram Leela.
