Just a couple of days ago, we had informed you how diamond merchant and film financer Bharat Shah had lodged a complaint with the Association of Motion Pictures & Television Programme Producers (AMPTPP) against Ram Gopal Varma for recovery of pending dues.
Now Shah has filed a case in the High Court this time against veteran filmmaker J.P.Dutta. Shah was the presenter of Dutta's smash-hit Border but the financer claims that he has still not recovered his share of profits from Dutta. After filing a complaint with the AMPTPP, which didn't yield any results, Shah decided to file a case in the High Court to recover his pending dues.
