This 53-year-old man can not only give unbelievable fitness goals to the younger lot, but will also put you to shame when it comes to being strong and flexible. We are talking about Milind Soman. As impossible as it sounds, the actor-model ran underwater with a 12-kg backpack, preparing for a dive into the bitterly cold water in Iceland!
On his Instagram handle, Milind shared a photo that has him running under the crystal clear water. The sight itself is a major fitness inspiration! "Running with a 12kg backpack underwater while preparing for the dive in Iceland 10 days ago 🙂 anything is possible with the right preparation, even a free dive in water that is 2°C. Understand your goal and fix your priority, objective will be achievable!," he wrote.

His preparation for the dive didn't end there. He also took a long run before jumping into the water which was 2 degree Celsius in temperature!
Milind and his wife Ankita Konwar are presently holidaying in Iceland. It looks like Ankita is quite infected with the husband's obsession towards fitness. We earlier got our hands on an adorable photo wherein the couple shares a kiss in the balcony, amid a sunny day in Iceland.
