Karan Johar has bagged another oppurtunity to judge a contest after judging the contestants of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Season 5 based on their dancing skills. Now the director will be scouting for talented individuals on the reality show India’s Got Talent. Karan says it is not at all easy to judge a show, as one needs to break hearts of many while judging. It really upsets him to see participants break down when they get eliminated from the show.

Karan was offered to be a judge of the season 1 of IGT on Colors but that time he could not accept the offer as he was making a film. However he watches the show whenever he gets a chance. A few stories on the reality show are truly heart touching. Some participants fight against all odds in their lives just to pursue their dreams. That makes Kjo proud to be an Indian. Karan Johar started his stint in television with “Koffee With Karan” in 2004. The celeb chat show was a runaway success. He says being a part of TV enhances the brand value of a person. Money is not the only factor to be a part of television shows, Kjo loves being infront of the camera too. He simply loves hosting the show KWK, and also co-judging reality shows IGT and JDJ.

He stepped into Malaika Arora Khan’s shoes and is co-judging JDJ, while Malaika has replaced Sonali Bendre in IGT this season, and there too Karan will be judging along with her and Kirror Kher. He is not bothered about stepping into another’s shows, as he thinks changes are part of life. He adds he might be replaced in any of the shows in near future with someone else. So changes don’t matter so much afterall. Karan’s upcoming film “Student of the Year” is going to be released soon. And he is also making another film “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani”.
