Mumbai: Shahid Afridi, the internationally renowned and classy cricket player of Pakistan cricket team, is in Mecca for Hajj (pilgrimage). His picture from Mecca has been making the rounds of the social networking websites. He left for pilgrimage after playing two matches of T20 series between Pakistan All Star XI and International World XI played in Pakistan recently.
Shahid Afridi met Bollywood mega star Aamir Khan in Mecca who is also there to perform Hajj (pilgrimage) with his mother. Both the stars met with warmth with each other. The reports say that the two also met Maulana Tariq Jamil, the most popular religious personality in Pakistan.
Huge criticism has been doing on the mega cricketer (Shahid) after the T20 World Cup due to his bad performance in the entire tournament. He could not deliver any performance in batting and bowling.
Aamir Khan is these days busy with the shooting of his upcoming film, ‘Dhoom 3’. He was there in Chicago for the filming and came back to Mumbai to go with his mother for performing Hajj. His next is Talaash, which promos and songs have been making rounds of the satellite channels. The fans are waiting for both the movies since Aamir is that superstar whose movies run well at the box office. He is very choosy in selecting the peojects which is why he is called Mr. Perfectionist.
In Dhoom 3, he is doing the main lead opposite Katrina Kaif and in Talaash, he enacts the main role opposite the likes of Rani Mukherji and Kareena Kapoor.
Katrina has recently shown her excitement of working with Aamir Khan and she is looking forward to the release of the movie. The babe is quite lucky that she has done the main leads opposite all the big Khans of Hindi filmdom.
