Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha, the brilliant babe of the tinsel town, is the one lass who has talents and skills to impress the audiences which is why her movies work big time at the box office. Only two years have passed and she has carved the special place for her in the film industry. Joker is the movie, which did not run well at the box office else her all movies worked higher at the box office – Dabangg and Rowdy Rathore did marvelous business.
When asked if she consults with her family when a script is offered, she responds yes her mother sits with her while the narration goes on. But her father rarely sits but she discusses with him. Sonakshi says finally the decision is her.
When asked about her equation with costar Akshay Kumar and about a question that Akshay recommends her for many projects, Sinha tells that might be he is recommending her. But as for the equation is concerned, he did a number of movies with Katrina Kaif and they did brilliantly well at the box office due to their onscreen chemistry and people still would like to watch them in movies. Sonakshi points out that the same is the situation with her. She reveals both Akshay and she are quite punctual on sets and no producer or director ever complains about them at all.
With her costars, there is a huge age difference and when a reporter asked whether she called them uncle, she laughingly said ‘if she calls them uncle, they will kill her’.
After spending two years in the industry, Sonakshi still finds herself a newcomer and a learner as she thinks that when she starts thinking that she has made her space in the industry that would be the start of her downfall.
