Aandhi
The movie was banned by Indira Gandhi, the current Prime Minister of that that time, as she thought the movie was based on her life. Later it was un-banned. The movie was good but didn’t get any success at the box office.

 


Chetna
The movies tell a story of a prostitute who is very straight and forward. Rehana Sultan was in the role of the prostitute and the lead role was played by Shtrughan Sinha and Anil Dhavan. The audience of 70’s was not so comfortable with the bold scenes in the movies and that taken in the controversy.

 


Insaaf Ka Tarazu
The movie was a super hit in the box office and it is believed that the controversies have probably been the reason. Raj Babbar and Zeenat Aman was in the lead role. The movie was becoming a topic to talk about that time because of the rape scenes in the movie. It was also considered as adult movies in some areas. One of the well known movie names. The movie was a bit hit and won many awards. The movie was in controversies and also banned for some time because of the bold love scenes and erotic dressing of Zeenat Aman.

The movie was based on ’93 Bombay blasts. The movie was not released because of two names in the movie. It was believed that the movie can change the opinion of the court and the peoples. So, it is still an un-released movie.

The movie was under controversies because of the negative presentation of a catholic priest, who have shown in love with a young woman. The film was fully loaded with bold and erotic scenes.

The movie was based on Phoolan Devi, the movie was appreciated worldwide for the concept but what taken it into the controversies was the gang rape scene in the movie.

A young boy fall in love with a married woman, the role was played by Manisha Koirala. There were some bold scenes done with her body double without her permission. The movies were in new for steamy scenes.
