Soon after the cases of Coronavirus started rising, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan lent their four-storey Khar office to the BMC. Even though they offered the office in April for asymptomatic Coronavirus patients, the authorities could not put it to use until May due to the lack of medical staff. The BMC was very grateful to the star couple for helping them out with extra space considering the lack of beds in the hospitals.

Now, it has been reported that Shah Rukh Khan’s office on CD Marg has been transformed into an ICU facility with well-equipped beds and ventilators with a capacity of holding 15 people. The cases in India have crossed the two million mark and things are only getting more difficult from here. With the extra 15-beds facility that Shah Rukh Khan has provided, the BMC and patients are thankful to him for lending out a helping hand.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen doing a cameo in Brahmastra.
