Ekta Kapoor shares Sushant Singh Rajput’s first scene from his debut show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil

Late actor Sushant Singh made his Television debut in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil as a supporting actor. He was loved by the fans since his debut show. A day ago, Ekta remembered him and shared his first scene from the show Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.

In the introductory clip shared by Ekta, Sushant (Preet Singh Juneja) is seen entering the scene while Harshad Chopda (Prem Juneja) who gets injured during a football match. "Lots of people were asking me about Sushant's first scene… this was the first scene we shot with him. This was his first scene on Television which went on-air in a show called ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil'," wrote Ekta.

He was the 2nd lead in that show, but we knew he was meant for greater things and he went and did just that. Lots of love, peace and prayers for this beautiful, beautiful piece of light and shining soul.

The actor then went onto bag the lead role in Pavitra Rishta, which starred his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. The show was produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.  Pavitra Rishta aired for six years and one of the top-rated shows coming from Ekta Kapoor’s production. This led to Sushant Singh Rajput exploring Bollywood. He then made his debut with Kai Po Che and the rest is history.
