Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Toronto International Film Festival is waiting to see the first Indian actor Anil Kapoor at the international event to be held in Canada. He will be participating in a segment called In Conversation Post Slumdog Millionaire (2008) and its haul at the Academy Awards, he is become a known face in the west. Owing to his global image, Anil has now been invited for a special segment, In Conversation, at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
While in India, Anil has won a lot of accolades, his venture into Hollywood with the Danny Boyle film shot him into the global spotlight. At the festival Anil will discuss his upcoming projects and finally, there will be a 20 minute interactive session with the audience.
When contacted, Anil, who is currently in Dubai, confirms the news saying, "Yes, I have been invited by TIFF and will be attending the event."
