Shahrukh Khan has once more landed in controversy. In a recent interview with Outlook Turning Points Magazine, he states he sometimes becomes an inadvertent object of political leaders.

That Islamist terrorist organisation Lashkar-E-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed replied that Khan should proceed to Pakistan if he felt insecure in India.

Khan is said to be upset about Saeed’s offer. “I sometimes end up being the inadvertent object of political leaders that like to create me a symbol of everything they think is wrong & unpatriotic regarding Muslims in India. I’ve been charged with bearing allegiance to the neighbouring country instead of my very own country,” said Khan.

Saeed said Khan was welcome in Pakistan and that he could live there provided he wanted.

A source said: “Shahrukh had made the comments regarding his religion to indicate how he stayed very patriotic to India having a disregard for individuals who desire to drag his identity as a Muslim when it comes to him being loved by countless fans.”
