Mallika Sherawat may have created a furor with her recent interview at Cannes, however the actress who has since quite literally shifted base to LA is busy working on her forthcoming film Dirty Politics.
In the film directed by K.C. Bokadia, Mallika unlike her more bold and glamorous roles, plays a village belle. Recently, Ms. Sherawat tweeted her from the film dressed in a sari making dung cakes saying, "Shooting for Dirty Politics.."
Dirty Politics which is reportedly based on the life of nurse Bhanwari Devi, who had gone missing from Jodhpur and was killed in 2011, also features Om Puri, Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher and Ashutosh Rana.
