Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Sanjay Dutt, who is currently serving five year sentence for possessing illegal weapons during the 1993 blasts, have been appealing to the court for an early release. A curative petition filed by the actor is currently under process at the Supreme Court and a verdict on the same will be passed today.

A curative petition is filed only after a review petition is dismissed and the petition is discussed only amidst the presence of handful of judges and not in an open court.

For Sanjay Dutt, this may be the last legal option. He is currently imprisoned in Yerawada Jail and his wife Manyata Dutt is currently handling the actor's production house and films.
