The second installment of Abhishek Chaubey's Ishqiya titled Dedh Ishqiya has a 'Lucknowi ada' attached to it unlike the rustic UP feel of the prequel. While Ishqiya starred Vidya Balan dressed up in simple chiffon sarees, the sequel has Madhuri in a much graceful avatar of Begum Para.
Based on legendary mehfils, the recent look of Madhuri featured the essence of a Begum residing in a palace in Mehmudabad, where she was seen in North Indian attire donning a red dupatta with gold embroidered border and some traditional Indian jewellery that reflected her wealthy status. The actress will be seen performing some Mujrahs choreographed by Pandit Birju Maharaj.
