Now we hear that adding to the long list of remakes will be Kumar Taurani, who has acquired the remake rights of Telugu film Arya. Apparently, the producer has bought rights of three hit Telugu films – Arya, Souryam and Don Seenu.

The 2004 hit Telugu film Arya which was directed by Sukumar and had Allu Arjun in the main lead will be remade in Hindi featuring Kumar Taurani's son Girish.

Confirming the development, Kumar said that while they have acquired the rights of the film and are keen on casting Girish in the lead, the film will most probably be directed by the original director Sukumar. However, he further adds that if Girish declines the film, he will approach another actor.
