USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The title of the film Youngistaan which recently ran into trouble after Pepsi Co. filed a lawsuit against them for copyright infringement, now gets to retain the title but on the condition of displaying a disclaimer along with it.

Pepsi Co. was upset when MSM Motion Pictures and Pooja Entertainment's film was titled Youngistaan considering the fact that they had run a campaign with the same name. Hence they had filed a case against the producers as they had the trademark for 'Youngistaan'.

However, now, the two parties have settled amicably where Pepsi Co's rights on the word have been acknowledged and the title of the film too will not undergo any change. However, the filmmakers have been asked to carry a disclaimer on the title credits of the movie, theatrical trailers and end slate in all their official digital media communications. Thrilled over the change of events, Vashu Bhagnani of Pooja Entertainment also revealed that he is happy about the settlement and wanted the title as it aptly depicts the spirit of the film.

Youngistaan stars Jackky Bhagnani, Neha Sharma, Farooq Sheikh, Boman Irani in prominent roles and is slated to release on March 28, 2014.
