Last seen in Bombay Talkies, Rani Mukerji once again plans to break away from the trend with her cop act in the upcoming woman-oriented film Mardaani.
Though the details of the film are being kept under wraps, a recent picture of the actress' look from the film has been doing the rounds on the social networking site. Keeping up with the de-glam character she plays in the film, Rani is seen in a casual avatar in this still from Mardaani. But what seems to have got our attention is the change in Rani's physicality! The actress seems to have put on extra weight for her action packed role in the film. While her bikini act in Dil Bole Hadippa received a lot of attention, let's hope her plump look will receive rave reviews too!
Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, Mardaani also stars Jisshu Sengupta, and is slated to release on July 18, 2014.
