USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Everyone knows that no film in Bollywood can be released without the Censor Board's approval and stamp. What many do not know is "The principles for guidance in certifying films" which lays down many dos and don'ts for any film's certification. One such 'don't' in this section happens to be that 'no one except the members are allowed at the censor screening'.

Well, if the news reports are to be believed, then, Raju Vaidya, the Censor Board's newly appointed Regional Manager and a handful of other members from the Board had allegedly called in their respective families in order to be photographed with Shah Rukh Khan, at a theatre in the western side of Mumbai, during the censor screening of Happy New Year.

While Nandini Sardesai (a Board member) said that the respective families met Shah Rukh Khan only post the film's screening and that no one entered the theatre while the screening was in progress. She also added that the photographs were clocked only after the film's certification had been handed over to Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
