Saba Qamar’s Item Number ‘Mastani’

Saba Qamar joins the item number league in Pakistan, for the movie 8969 as ‘Mastani’. Follwing Humaima Malick, Mehwish Hayat, Mathira & Mahnoor Baloch – Model turned actress Saba Qamar sizzles in the song ‘Mastani‘ as Mastani to compete with ‘Badnaam Munni‘ &‘Jaawan Sheela‘.

The thirty year old model turned actor, has showcased her talents in a number of television dramas and telefilms. She made her debut with drama serial ‘Main Aurat Hoon‘, after which she rose to fame with her talent and performance in various dramas like Pani Jaisa Piyar, Dastaan, Maat and Jo Chalay To Jaan Se Guzar Gaye . In 2011, she also recieved PTV award both jury and popular awards, under the category of ‘Best Female actor (Television)’.

Saba Qamar said in an interview that; ” ‘Mastani‘, contradictrary to common belief, is in fact not an item song. She adds, that I would leave doing dramas once I decide to start doing Item songs. “Housewives relate to me when they see me play a house wife.”
