USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…It certainly seems like the past has come back to haunt actor and entrepreneur Shah Rukh Khan. In fact we hear that the Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MSCPCR) has ordered the Mumbai Police to register an FIR against Shah Rukh Khan, with reference to the 2012 Wankhede farce.

Apparently, the commission has directed the police to lodge an FIR under the pretext that Shah Rukh Khan was responsible for using filthy and abusive language in presence of children during an altercation with the police at the Wankhede Stadium about three years ago. Adding that Shah Rukh Khan's action was a cognizable offence under Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

Apart from this the commission has also ordered that an enquiry be initiated to find why an FIR was not registered in the first place even though a formal complaint was submitted along with audio-visual clips to substantiate the charges.
