Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…A while back we had reported that Mickey Virus director Saurabh Patel's next venture initially titled Meet The Patels had undergone a name change to be rechristen as Solid Patels. Now while the shoot of the film has long since been wrapped, we hear that the makers of the film have decided on changing its release date.
In fact Solid Patels that was set to release on April 24 will now release on May 22. "Yes we have postponed the release of Solid Patels. It will now hit screens on May 22," confirms the film's associate producer Raj Malik. Further adding, "We decided to alter the release date of the film so as to be able to place it better in terms of spacing. As for the shoot we have completed the same and the film is currently under post production."
When quizzed about the interim time before the release, Malik added, "While Solid Patels will release on May 22, we have begun work on our next venture 7 Hours To Go, that features Shiv Pandit, Sandeepa Dhar and others."
As for the films, while Solid Patels is said to be a comedy, 7 Hours To Go is based on true events set in seven hours' time frame in Mumbai and will be an action-packed ride filled with thrill and suspense.
