If you thought the "AIB Roast" was outrageous and sensational, wait till you see India's first reality film Sabki Bajegi Band (SBB). The popular and controversial, radio RJ Anirudh Chawla, who came into limelight few years back after a stalker fan threatened to commit suicide if he didn't marry her, is all set to make his directorial debut with the most controversial film of the year Sabki Bajegi Band.
The Provocatively – labeled "India's first reality film on sex" aims to roast, fry, barbecue and bake the Bollywood gods", in Anirudh's own words. A year before the AIB roast shocked the Indian moral brigade; Anirudh organized a farmhouse party where he invited his closest friends, including some of the biggest names in film and television. As the guests became more uninhibited with each other and the conversation became more candid, the bigwigs began to reveal their sexual fantasies and other dark secrets.
Unknown to the guests, Anirudh had installed hidden cameras to record the party. What happened that night was so outrageous and shocking that the RJ decided to turn the raw uncensored footage into a reality film.
The film slated to release soon is being presented by Percept pictures and Yen movies and produced by Yusuf Shaikh, will definitely turn Bollywood into "an earthquake zone". When contacted, the RJ refused to reveal the identities of people present at the party and said, "My intention was never to hurt anyone but I only want to show the audience the real faces of our film stars, their sexuality, the truth behind their marriages, their kinks and fetishes and their inside rivalries…if you think the AIB roast was provocative, wait till my film comes out…the AIB roast will seem like a Sooraj Barjatya family film..
Says Yusuf, "The footage shot by Anirudh is so shocking and compelling that I instantly decided to produce it and bring it to theatres. This is the first picture leaked from that Party which is part of the film…can you identify the celebs in the picture?"
