The film marked the entry of Pakistani actor Ali Zafar, in the world of Bollywood. Now, we have a sequel to the same titled Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive starring anchor turned actor Manish Paul.

Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive revolves around the happenings of May 2, 2011, the day when Osama Bin Laden was executed, as claimed by the American Media. According to director Abhishek Sharma, Osama's death remains a mystery which could very well make way for a gripping plot for the second installment. The actor, who played the role of Bin Laden in the prequel, Pradhuman Singh will continue his act as Osama. The sequel, just like its previous installments, will be a satire that takes on the varied theories revolving around Osama's death, the public outrage post his death, among others including the film Zero Dark Thirty which was based on the US mission to kill the terrorist. Also, claiming that he is working on the VFX for the film, Abhishek Sharma stated that they had to digitally recreate the 'silent helicopter' that was used to kill Osama, while he was living in a remote area of Abbottabad in Pakistan.

Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive is slated to release on October 30.
