USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Popular actress and wife of veteran Paresh Rawal, Swaroop Sampat, has been away from the silver screen for quite some time now. The veteran actress however is all set to return in a glamorous role in R. Balki's next titled Ki and Ka.
The film will have Swaroop Sampat playing the role of the leading lady Kareena Kapoor Khan's mother. According to the actress, she will be seen in a rather classy avatar wearing suits and dresses designed by Manish Malhotra. It is not surprising to see Swaroop in this fashionable look, considering that Kareena, who plays her daughter in the film, will be seen as a stylish corporate woman.
Further, Swaroop also added that she doesn't consider this a comeback and the only reason she agreed to do the film is because she is really fond of Balki and Gauri. She had built a great rapport when she met them in London, whilst she accompanied Paresh Rawal for the shoot of R. Balki's film Cheeni Kum. Moreover, she also expressed her happiness over the fact, that the shoot of Ki And Ka will not disturb her usual routine and is a schedule of only 15 days without any outdoor locations.
Ki And Ka stars Arjun Kapoor as the leading man and is a rom-com that attempts to break the stereotypical roles of genders.
