USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The protests by some religious and cultural organizations against Shah Rukh Khan's Dilwale are mounting. Earlier there were reports of an obscure religious organization in Indore calling itself the Hind Rashtra Sanghatan threatening to protest against the release of Dilwale.

Now there is news coming in from pockets of Gujarat of a move to obstruct the release of Dilwale. In Surat a single-theatre premise named Rupali prominently displays a hoarding announcing a boycott of Shah Rukh Khan's films.

Says a concerned party who doesn't want to be named, "We do hope these are random sporadic incidents of protest and not indicative of any sizable outrage against Shah Rukh. It's best to ignore these obscure protesters as they do their protesting to get noticed."

Interestingly pockets of Gujarat had asked for a ban of Aamir Khan's Fanaah after he supported Medha Patkar's Narmada Bachao Andolan.
