Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Yesterday, the Versova police station registered an FIR against Nawazuddin Siddiqui, following a complaint filed by a woman resident who stayed in the same society as Nawazuddin's. The woman lodged a complaint allegedly stating that Nawazuddin Siddiqui had pushed her and also behaved inappropriately following an argument over parking space. Post this, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was charged under section 354 of the IPC (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty).
The complainant also added that when her 24-year-old daughter had gone to click photographs of Nawazuddin Siddiqui as he was occupying the building's parking space; her daughter was manhandled and physically pushed by Nawazuddin, his brother and staff.
Amidst all this, Faiz Siddiqui (Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother) reportedly spoke to the media stating all of this news was fake.
