Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The marital dispute between former actress Karisma Kapoor and her business tycoon husband Sunjay Kapur took an ugly turn after the two parties withdrew their case of divorce on mutual consent. The two recently appeared at the Supreme Court wherein a bench of Justice AK Sikri and Justice RK Agarwal ordered the parties to arrive at a settlement and the duo has now decided to abide by the same.
Karisma's lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani though remained silent on the details of the case, has maintained that the modalities of the settlement between two parties are being worked out. As far as the custody of kids and other important aspects are concerned, they will be dealing with the same at the apex court and soon a final verdict will be made. On the other hand, Sunjay's lawyers Aman and Priya Hingorani added that they have a month to work out on these formalities and reach a settlement.
As of now the petitioner, that is, Sunjay Kapur has been asked to work out the settlement by March 31. The next hearing on the case has been scheduled on April 8 at 12.45pm. However, considering that the couple's children have their birthdays on March 11 and 12, Sunjay has been granted the permission to meet them for their birthday celebrations either at Karisma's residence or the place where the bash is being held.
