USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…On February 25, Sanjay Dutt who was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment was released after completing his term. Now almost a month later we hear that the actor who already has his hands full with work has moved the court seeking the return of his passport after it had been seized by the CBI following his arrest in April 1993 for possession and destruction of an AK-56 rifle and subsequent sentencing in July 2007 by the TADA court under the Arms Act.

In what could most likely be his last application, Dutt's petition to reacquire his passport came up for hearing before special TADA court judge G.A. Sanap. Though the court will issue an order on Tuesday (today), the presiding magistrate Sanap has asked CBI counsel Deepak Salvi for his views on the matter. Ensuing the directive from the court, Salvi has informed the officials that the agency (CBI) did not have any objection in returning Dutt's passport.
