In fact, he is one of those few sports personas (like Milkha Singh) who has not only completely supported the film but has also been involved in every aspect of the process of the film. However, now it seems that certain things have started bothering the former cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin.

Firstly, there are speculations that Azharuddin is unhappy with the makers of the film. We hear that the cricketer is upset with the makers after they have apparently included some sensitive information that was shared by him off the record. Apparently, the said details may cause several problems for some people. Not divulging many details, the director of the film, Tony D'Souza has maintained that they are currently in talks with Azharuddin about a few portions of the film and that they are trying to resolve the matter amicably.

On the other hand, yet another rumour that is doing the round is that Azharuddin allegedly stormed off an interview recently. It is being said that Azharuddin, who accompanied the film's cast and crew for a few promotional tours, was questioned by a leading news channel. By now, readers must be aware that Azhar is said to be a tell-all tale of Azharuddin who was said to be involved in the most controversial match fixing scandal. The cricket biopic later unfolds into a court drama about the same case. However, when Azhar was posed with such questions during one such media session he is said to have lost his cool and walked away from the show. Though we aren't aware of all the details, we also hear that going further, Azharuddin also refused to give interviews to other news channels.

Starring Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai, Nargis Fakhri in prominent roles, Azhar is slated to release on May 13.
