Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's much talked about comeback vehicle Jazbaa, which did not meet trade expectations, seems to have triggered a controversy even after months of its release. A few technicians who worked for the film have now alleged that they haven't received their dues for the film even now.
Nittin Keni, CEO of Essel Vision, asserts that they have already paid the required cost of direction and production to Sanjay Gupta's White Feather Films. They have further also alleged that Sanjay Gupta was supposed to get into an agreement with actors, technicians and the crew, by making the payment through the production cost given to him and they have informed the crew about the same.
The spokesperson of filmmaker Sanjay Gupta has recently released a statement to the media claiming that White Feather Films has been in touch with every associate of Jazbaa. On touching base with Zahir Shah, MD White Feather Films Pvt Ltd he stated, "We have all the documents that clearly show that White Feather Films has not received the final installment of the cop from Essel Vision and we are awaiting the same. Mr. Sanjay Gupta is in constant touch with Mr. Puneet Goenka and it's shocking that Nittin Keni from Essel Vision is making such statements. As a matter of fact, Essel Vision has not even paid one of the other producers Viking Media and Entertainment their share of the cop."
