The actress will now be felicitated for her contribution to the Indian film industry at the upcoming IIFA in Madrid, Spain.
Sridevi will be flying to Spain to accept the Outstanding Achievement Award, IIFA 2016 for her work in Indian cinema. The 17th IIFA ceremony will be held during the four day long weekend, from June 23 to June 26 in Madrid.
Known as the first female superstar of India, Sridevi's most memorable Bollywood films include Sadma, Tohfa, Chalbaaz, Mr. India, Chandni, Lamhe, Laadla, Judaai among others. The actress is currently gearing up for Mom starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a cameo and produced by her husband Boney Kapoor.
