Son of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and renowned politician Vilasrao Deshmukh, Riteish Deshmukh decided to pursue his love for acting and has ever since been an important part of the Bollywood world. The actor, who often expresses his love towards his family and his 'baiko' Genelia Deshmukh on social media, recently got nostalgic during the death anniversary of his father and late CM Vilasrao Deshmukh on August 14.
In fact, Riteish Deshmukh took to Instagram to share a picture of him and his first born Riaan paying their respects to Riteish's father and he added, "Riaan pays his respects to his Grandfather. #SmritiDin #VilasraoDeshmukh". Riteish once again turned father recently with the arrival of his second son, Rahyl. He married co-actress Genelia D'Souza in 2012 after a courtship of nine years.
On the work front, Riteish Deshmukh was last seen in Great Grand Masti and he is currently gearing up for the musical Banjo also starring Nargis Fakhri.
