USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Besides acting, Amy Jackson has decided to try her hands at something different. The model turned actress now wants to venture into cosmetic products and has decided to launch her own line of fake eyelashes.
Prior to this, international pop star Katy Perry launched her signature line of extension and color lashes in association with a cosmetic brand. Amy is currently working on this venture with a friend who also has a beauty background. Amy's signature line will have not just lash extensions but hair extensions as well as she personally enjoys experimenting with her looks. Sources claim that extensions are a major rage in London and people in here in India are just about finding their time in the spotlight in metro cities in India and the actress is hoping to cash in on the trend. Details of the venture are under wraps for the moment but Amy will be back next month after setting up the UK branch of her label and fly down to India to replicate the business model by year-end. There are plans to launch the collection in major cosmetic departmental stores and high end salons.
When contacted, Amy said, "Extensions are a rage in London but lashes and extensions have just begun to pick curiosity in Indian metros. I'm hoping to cash in on the trend. I'm really excited because I think there's so much potential in this space. Also, it allows me to pursue my second passion after acting."
